This course explores how to think and live like Confucius by examining his philosophy and life, which began with the belief that personal transformation leads to changes in life and the world. As the starting point of Confucian thought, which shaped East Asian politics and society for thousands of years, the core ideas of Confucius are presented through his way of thinking. The course is designed to promote both an understanding of Confucian philosophy and its practical application in daily life. The course is structured around four key approaches: Foundational Thinking, Balanced Thinking, Practical Thinking, Transformative Thinking. Through this course, learners will gain a clear understanding of Confucius’ essential ideas and learn how to approach social and personal issues with wisdom, maintain balance in an ever-changing world, and adopt a mindset that transforms challenges into possibilities.
